Jared's mission is to help schools protect and secure their digital environments, empowering users with essential cyber hygiene knowledge. With a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, he has been in IT since 2003 and has been teaching Computer Science at Horizon High School since 2012. He is also a Network Administrator for Uinta County School District #1. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and outdoor activities. He is passionate about inspiring the next generation in computer science topics and is keen to deepen his knowledge by remaining a lifelong student.

Lisa Shadrick brings over two decades of passion and innovation to Career and Technical Education, with expertise spanning business, instructional technology, computer science, and eSports. As a dedicated educator, she thrives on creating dynamic, real-world learning experiences that empower students and foster 21st-century skills. From writing curriculum in Robotics, Video Editing, and Entrepreneurship to writing and receiving educational grants, Lisa’s commitment to student growth is at the heart of everything she does.

This year, Lisa is especially excited to expand her work in eSports and computer science, continuing to bridge technology and teamwork in engaging, future-focused ways. As President-Elect of the Wyoming Computer Science Teachers Association, she’s also looking forward to helping shape statewide conversations around CS education and boost membership in both WCSTA and WACTE organizations. With her trademark energy, collaborative spirit, and deep love for teaching, Lisa is ready to make this year one of innovation, inclusion, and inspiration.

Megan is currently in her 12th year as a Wyoming educator and teaches Computer Science and Business at Sheridan High School. Prior to teaching High School, she spent seven years teaching elementary.  Megan is a proud University of Wyoming College of Education alumni and a Poke through and through.  In addition to her bachelor's degree, Megan pursued her passion for STEM education and obtained her master's degree from Concordia University.  Megan is a former WACTE President and is Chair of the Promotions committee in addition to here work as WCSTA Past President & Treasurer.  

Outside of work, Megan stays busy chasing her two kids with her husband, Kasey.  Megan and her family love fly fishing, camping, and anything in the mountains.  Megan believes strongly in Career and Technical education and it's fundamental importance for the future of Wyoming students and the Wyoming workforce.
