Keynote Speaker:
Flint Rasmussen
Flint Rasmussen is a western sports entertainer, media personality, and 2024 National Rodeo Hall of Fame inductee. The official entertainer of the Professional Bull Riders from 1998–2023, Flint captivated audiences for over 25 years with his quick wit, comical stunts, and legendary dance moves. An eight-time PRCA Clown of the Year, eight-time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Barrelman, and seven-time Coors Man in the Can Award recipient, Flint is one of the most decorated entertainers in western sports history.

Work Based Learning
Work based learning can be challenging to manage, and this workshop is designed to support those leading and growing these efforts.
If you are currently a work based learning coordinator, a business and industry liaison, or interested in stepping into this role, this session is for you. Participants will receive the most recent data around work based learning, templates for forms, handbooks to share with your district, and practical ideas for implementing or expanding programs to the next level.
**PTSB credit will be available.

Weld Works for WACTE
This course is designed to pick up where your current skills leave off and you should come ready to weld! Participants will learn and practice techniques in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), pipe welding, and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), while also gaining curriculum ideas to bring back to the classroom.
Note: Attendees must bring their own welding helmet and PPE.

WATFACS
ProTeam Training
ProTeam offers a semester or year-long hands-on course featuring student-driven activities and unique learning opportunities, including field observations for 7th and 8th-grade students. The program can be considered the beginning course in the education and training career cluster model. The 9th Edition of the ProTeam DreamQuest Curriculum was launched in the summer of 2024. The curriculum emphasizes character development, career readiness skills, and exploration of teaching and education professions. This class is limited to 8 teachers so don't wait to register!

Teaching Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Programs
Join districts from around Wyoming who are considering starting a CDL program or already have one up and running. This course will explore how to interpret and apply federal and state CDL training regulations, deliver CDL theory instruction and align it with required modules, demonstrate and teach core CDL skills, utilize simulator and backing range environments effectively, and prepare students for successful completion of inspections and testing. Be prepared to move from the classroom to the backing range for pre-trip inspections and basic control skills!

WATFACS
Professionals of Substitute Teaching (P.O.S.T.) Training
This PTSB approved course includes modules on professionalism, classroom management, instructional strategies, and technology. The curriculum, training manuals, instructional materials, and professional development work together seamlessly to ensure teachers are prepared to deliver a course that produces student outcomes of the highest quality. This training allows you to offer your concentrators a substitute teaching license upon graduation and turning 18, and has been used successfully by districts across Wyoming to grow their own teachers and substitute teachers.
Registration closes June 1st or when the session reaches maximum capacity of 16 participants. Priority will be given to those attending Teacher Cadet Level #2 or ProTeam Training on June 8th.
**PTSB credit will be available.
